Comprising four blocks which face each other across parking courts, Links Parade overlooks the championship golf course on the sea front of Carnoustie, a seaside town in Angus.

The development aims to enhance the immediate area, by re-using a brownfield site and addressing the scale of the adjacent hotel. It comprises a total of 78 flats, both two and three bedroom, each of which has a balcony offering a view over the Links.

With construction now complete on the first block at Links Parade, work continues on the second and third blocks, and ground has been broken for the fourth and final block.

Completion of the whole development is expected in 2008, but meantime, our client reports that many of the apartments have already been pre-sold.
