Regeneratation a redundant light industrial facility by upgrading, and extending the existing workshop building to create a new open plan office building for fifty personnel working in offices, workshops and laboratories.

The two storey building was constructed half a level higher than the existing workshop, with a reception area linking the new and existing buildings together.

The existing buildings were converted to accommodate the manufacturing facilities, with office accommodation provided in a new-build structure with glazed curtain walling façade to the exploit views over the countryside to the west.
