Located in the heart of Royal Deeside, this development consists of 16 affordable housing units. The design acknowledges the conservation area context with sympathetic use of natural materials such as slate roofing and render finishes.

The development is centred around communal open space to create a sense of community ownership of the site. With views over the River Dee valley a terrace of 5 units is elevated with a planted retaining wall, looking out over the former mart pens and agricultural land to the Cairngorms on the horizon..

The development was completed under budget and handed over to client June 2010
