Old Torry, Aberdeen Masterplan and Development Feasibility Study
for Old Torry Partnership

The aim of this study was to look at options for the regeneration of Old Torry in Aberdeen, to create an attractive and distinctive location incorporating commercial and residential development, an aquarium and associated visitor attractions.

Architecturally, the masterplan considered issues of function and form which would be appropriate for a mixed use development on the existing waterfront, coupled with complementary developments elsewhere around the mouth of the River Dee.
