SAP Assessment Calculations

As regulations become more stringent in achieving energy efficient homes, all new residential properties are requried to achieve minimum energy ratings and be provided with and an Energy Performance Certificate.

Utilising Government approved software, we are trained and accreditted in the provision of calculations and certificates for new homes. The software is a useful design tool in analysing the cost/benefit of thermal specification to achieve maximum energy effiency.
